Ta Ching Ta Ching

I'm probably majorly slow on this, but I just heard about Jessie J. I've read things about her before and never really looked up her work, but she has an awesome voice and stage persona. Have any of you seen her live or listened to her? What do you reckon?
I can see big things for this girl!
